Why I'm No Longer Talking to White People About Race

In 2014, award-winning journalist Reni Eddo-Lodge published an essay entitled Why Im No Longer Talking to White People About Race. The essay was posted on her blog, and when it went viral, Eddo-Lodge expanded the piece into a book exploring the feelings many people of colour have toward white people. Whitewashed Britain explores issues from eradicated black history to the political purpose of white dominance, whitewashed feminism to the inextricable link between class and race.
