Takeaways
Description
For forty-years, it has been the standard typography desktop reference for artists, professionals, and hobbyists alike. As a 5th revision, this dictionary covers every need. Nearly 2,000 fonts are arranged alphabetically and contain Roman, Lindale, and Script versions of upper and lower case alphabets and numerals. Where possible, illustrations show both classic typefaces and those that are only found in this book. A glossary of technical terms is simply set apart from the main text at the end of each letter while tips on classifying types are also included.
