Designing for People

This book provides a look back at the inventiveness and design genius of architect-engineer Henry S. Dreyfuss (1900–1972). From his invention of the first answering machine to the SS Independence, an aircraft carrier launched in 1945, Dreyfuss's work has stood the test of time. His belief that "design is for everyone" led him to become one of the world's most influential designers.
