Henry Kissinger negotiated an end to American involvement in the Vietnam War, opened relations with Communist China, and orchestrated detente with the Soviet Union—all part of his larger goal to establish a New World Order. He also masterminded the secret bombing of Cambodia and policies leading to the overthrow of Chile's President Salvador Allende. Yet he is also a war criminal who should face charges in The Hague.
