I'm not sure that there is such a thing as the cultural center. And I don't know if it's very interesting if it does exist. But many of us have questions in the middle of our beliefs. This book is for people who want to ask big questions about our lives together, to make something new in the places we live, and to do so with curiosity and hope. Krista Tippett has created a master class in living for a fractured world. She says that as people, we have become inseparable from the challenge of being human. She believes that it's possible to have personal depth and common life for this century, created by using scientific understanding and "spiritual technologies," with civility and love as important public practices.
