Takeaways
Description
In 1961, Richard Olney went to live in Provence, France. He ended up meeting Lucien and Lulu Peyraud, the owners of the noted Domaine Tempier vineyard in Provence, not far from Marseilles. Olney was excited because he had already been looking for a place to buy a house in Provence. At the Domaine Tempier vineyard, Lulu made all kinds of wonderful meals for her family and friends. Eventually, Olney asked Lulu if he could write down the recipes that she used while preparing meals at home. She agreed, and the result is this book Lulu's Provencal Table, a collection of recipes, many of which are quite easy to make.
