Milk and honey, written by Rupi Kaur, imagines a world in which everyone is made equal. We all start off at the same level of suckiness. We all slip and fall sometimes. We're all just trying to find our way through the darkness, the cruelty of others, and the struggle of being alive. Milk and honey is a collection of poetry and prose about survival. About the experience of violence, abuse, love, loss, and femininity. It is split into four chapters, and each chapter serves a different purpose. Deals with a different pain. Heals a different heartache. Milk and honey takes readers through a journey of the most bitter moments in life and finds sweetness in them because there is sweetness everywhere if you are just willing to look hard enough. ”

Meghan, Duchess of Sussex is an American former actress and the wife of Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex. Markle was raised in Los Angeles, California. During her studies at Northwestern University, she began playing small roles in television series and films.
