Thing Explainer

In 2009, Simon Sinek gave a TED talk titled “How Great Leaders Inspire Action. ” This talk ultimately led to his bestselling book, Start with Why. The simple concept presented in this presentation ultimately inspired a variety of individuals and organizations to create change in the world. Amazing leaders are able to get things done and inspire others to reach their goals over long periods of time because they inspire others to do what they need to do for the individual or organization that is seeking to create sustainable change.
