Leadership and Self-Deception

Self-deception is the main problem underlying leadership problems today, the premise of this work. Leaders with good intentions can undermine their own performance due to their self-deceptions. This straightforward book offers a way for leaders to discover their own self-deceptions and improve leadership effectiveness by breaking out of destructive patterns.
