Laurie

Comedian and author Laurie Kilmartin, who is known for live-tweeting her father's time in hospice and her grief when he died, gives an honest, irreverent, and laugh-out-loud approach to living with death and dying.  Death is not for the faint of heart, and comedy may be a helpful coping mechanism. The comic is well aware of this. She made news when she live-tweeted her father's time in hospice and her grief when he died, and she turned her experience into a comedy spectacular. Her guide to surviving (sometimes) death, dying, and mourning without going insane is called Dead People Suck. There's something for you if you're elderly and about to die, sick and about to die, or have a loved one who is going to die or has died.
