If you want to make a career of your art, be prepared to work hard; this career offers little security. Consider that talent is cheap. I am someone close to an up-and-coming filmmaker and my father was a celebrated journalist, bestselling author (The Night of the Gun), and recovering addict. He died in 2015 when he collapsed in the newsroom of The New York Times in his prime at age sixty-four. My father was slain by a heart attack just like that of former U. S President John F. Kennedy. I am writing this review for the sake of my memory of my father and for his legacy which surely will live on for some time after his death.
